An American student from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences has registered a case of molestation against six boys.

According to the statement of the girl,u00a0in her early 20s,u00a0she had dinner with the six boys at a restaurant in Chembur on Sunday night and then proceeded to a flat in Andheri where she was molested.
Sources also added that the girl was probably given a drink in the car en route to Andheri which was spiked by the accused.
The main conspirator in the case has been identified as someone named Kundan, who along with two others, have been arrested by the Trombay police. The other accused are absconding.
According to Joint Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) K L Prasad, the girl woke up on Monday morning to find herself naked in the Andheri flat and found traces of fluid on her body that she suspected to be semen.
She then proceeded to meet the authorities at TISS and a medical examination followed as she suspected that she had been molested.
The case will now be shifted to the Andheri police, where the alleged crime took place.
Dilip Shetty, acting registrar with TISS said that the institute was taking care of the girl now. "We have been offering her support and counseling for the same." More details are awaited from the institute on the matter.
