"The incident took place between 8.30 pm and 9 pm," said Rajesh Singh, Khan's manager, adding that the phone was worth Rs 55,000.
She registered a complaint against the unidentified duo at Bangur Nagar police station late at night, said senior inspector Santosh Bhandare.
Arshi Khan was in the news recently after a fatwa was issued against her for tweeting about her physical relationship with Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi.
She had earlier tweeted, "Yes, I had sex with Afridi! Do I need the Indian media's permission to sleep with someone? It's my personal life. For me it was love."
The fatwa has been issued against her by some section of Pakistan clergy.
Khan had filed a police complaint against the fatwa and the threat calls. She said that she was disappointed with Pakistan as they did not offer her any support whatsoever.
Khan recently also shot topless for Hollywood director Andrew S Randolph and nude for fashion photographer Lynn Baxter.
