"Devjani's driver managed to note down the Esteem's number and we have found that it was stolen from Goregaon last month. The car's owner had filed a complaint at Oshiwara police station. The robbers must have known that Devjani was carrying the valuables. We are trying to find the accused, as the victims have seen them," said Senior Inspector V Latpate of Mahim police station.
