Moo-ve over: Look who's stopping traffic

Motorists passing through the Western Express Highway encountered an unusual roadblock yesterday, when a cow and a bull decided to take a leisurely stroll on the busy Kherwadi flyover, unwittingly holding up traffic there

BMC workers turned up at the spot to take them away, but it was no easy task locking horns with them.

Unwilling to end their outing so soon, the bovine duo led the workers on a merry chase across the flyover, through the underpass below and onto the neighbouring service roads

The drama continued for 45 minutes, until the cows were finally rounded up on a service road about 2 km away from the Kherwadi flyover.
