This is not turning out to be a good July for Mumbai’s local train commuters. Central Railway services were disrupted again on Wednesday morning, only this time the reason was different.

A dog on the rooftop was electrocuted at Kalyan platform, which led to slow local running late by 15-20 minutes during peak hours in the morning, Central Railway tweeted.
