On the early hours of February 3, Mandar was found murdered near an ice factory ground opposite the Versova bus depot.
Dilip Suryawanshi, assistant commissioner of policeu00a0also said, "We are exploring the aspect of sexual advances as one of the motives behind Mandar's murder.
According to the police, the victim and the two accused were drunk and they had a heated argument, which resulted in Mandar's murder.
On the night of February 2, Jogi and Thakur decided to warn Mandar to stop asking them for sexual favours. They decided to sort things out over a drink and thus invited Mandar to join them.
However, within few hours the three men ended up in an argument and in the heat of the moment the two accused stabbed Mandar with a knife.
Beside the body, the cops recovered a broken bottle of whiskey, two glasses and some snacks.
