The Police has now provided comedian Raju Shrivastava, with security, after he received threat calls from Pakistan. Around 10 days back the comedian received as many as four to five threat calls from Pakistan.

Following this the Police enquired with Shrivastava about the threat calls. Initially weu00a0denied that any call had come to avoid trouble. But the police had the call records and told us about it. Subsequently, we told the police about the conversation, said Raju Shrivastav, secretary to the comedian.
The calls were basically warning him against making fun of Pakistan or mentioning the name of Dawood. The police provided the artist with security, which he has refused, but they said they don't want to take chances and the security is still there he added.
