Prime accused Mohsin Behlim (36), his brother Zulfi along with Sachin Pawar planned the murder a month ago while lodged in Arthur Road Jail. Since Zulfi did not get parole, Mohsin and Pawar were given the responsibility to execute the plan. Both, with a friend Sanjog Tinghute (21) reached the HDIL site in Sonu Dutta Hazare’s (19) auto armed with choppers and took turns in attacking Nadeem and his aides. Shahid, who was critically injured, told the police that Pawar’s mobile phone fell in the scuffle. The mobile phone became the lead tracking device, using which Mohsin was arrested from a dhaba in Mulund. The other three were arrested too.
