The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) has started the process to explore a third runway at Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) by inviting bids for a consultant to conduct a techno-commercial feasibility study.
In a public notice, CIDCO called for online Requests for Proposal (RFPs) from reputed single entities, joint ventures, or consortia through the e-tendering process.
