Mumbai reports 32 new Covid-19 cases, 89 across Maharashtra

Since January 2025, a total number of 19 deaths have been reported, out of which 18 were with comorbidities and 1 with other disease, a state health department bulletin said

Maharashtra on Tuesday reported 89 new Covid-19 cases, 32 of them in Mumbai alone, taking the number of positive patients since January 2025 to 1,593 in the state, the public health department's bulletin said.

Mumbai has been seeing a sharp rise in Covid-19 cases recently. Total number of patients in Mumbai since January 2025 now stands at 719, officials said.

According to the state’s health department bulletin, all patients so far have reported mild symptoms.
