The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) on Tuesday announced the results of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Std X examinations. The overall pass percentage for the state stood at an impressive 94.10 per cent, a slight dip of 1.71 per cent compared to last year’s 95.81 per cent.
At a press conference in Pune, Board chairman Sharad Gosavi shared key highlights of the 2025 results. A total of 15,58,020 regular students had registered across the nine divisional boards—Pune, Nagpur, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nashik, Latur, and Konkan. Of these, 15,46,579 students appeared, and 14,55,433 passed.
