After passenger travelling on train took to social media to talk about it, Central Railway officials file a case with the RPF
Railway officials said they had examined the video — this is a grab from it — and indeed found mischief by the workers
Central Railway officials on Friday filed a case with the RPF against rail workers who flung sand and construction material at running trains, after a complaint on social media about the same by a Hyderabad Express passenger, with a video.

The passenger, Liakat Ali Sirohi, took to social media with a video clip where rail workers building a steel tunnel near Khandala flung mud and dust on a passing train. Sarohi was in the Hyderabad Express. Sarohi said he was travelling in the CSMT-Hyderabad train on October 18 when the incident occurred.
Railway officials said they had examined the video and indeed found mischief by the workers and have registered an offence against them under the charge of nuisance and interference with public amenity.
The CR spokesperson said a strict warning letter has been issued to the concerned agency for the careless attitude of workers and further action will be taken if the bad behaviour persists.
