The University of Mumbai has extended the registration deadline for its undergraduate (UG) programs to 1 pm on May 26, 2025. Students who missed the earlier deadline can now register through the official website at mu.ac.in/admission.

In an official circular, Mumbai University informed the principals of affiliated, autonomous, and non-autonomous colleges across the Arts, Science, and Commerce faculties, as well as heads of university departments and directors of university sub-campuses (Thane, Kalyan, Ratnagiri, and Sindhudurg), that the admission process for all UG programs for the academic year 2025-26 is being conducted in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the government resolution dated April 20, 2023.
