Hitesh Oberoi, director and chief operating officer of Info Edge ( India) Ltd in his keynote address, spoke how innovative sales strategies helped the company grow from a 30-lakh business to a 270 crore one.
Prof Atul Tandon, director of Mudra Institute of Communication, Ahmedabad, discussed various innovations in communication brands like Coca Cola, Rexona and Nokia and stressed that marketing is all about bringing about behavioral change.
Jamshed Khursigara, Head HR and IR, Tata Motors said that innovation was not something restricted to top management. "All the members of anyu00a0 organisation can be innovative," said Khursigara.
