External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj won a lot of praise on social media for the way she dealt with a person who approached her for help with a faulty refrigerator.

Fact: A person recently asked her for help in repairing his defective refrigerator. What?
Yes, that's right, a gentleman named Venkat approached her on Twitter asking her to help him get his faulty fridge replaced. Venkat provided the MEA minister with the serial number of the refrigerator which he claimed was sold as a defective piece by a company. And that's not all. He even tagged Union Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Ram Vilas Paswan, along with Swaraj in the tweet.
Swaraj was at her cheeky best in her response. She posted, "Brother I cannot help you in matters of a Refrigerator. I am very busy with human beings in distress."
