Accused stole blueprints of projects from his employer and sold them off
A crooked interior designer was arrested by Delhi police on Saturday for stealing project plans from his employer and selling them off to interested buyers. His modus operandi was revealed when his employer discovered one of his designs incorporated at two different locations.

sold them off to other five-star hotels.
The incident has been reported from Safdarjung area in south Delhi. Police said the accused designer has been identified as Goldwin Graces. Blueprints of several projects have been recovered from him, which he had stolen from his employer's shop.
"Sarvjeet, the victim, runs a company by the name of 'Have Interior' in the area. He had got and FIR registered in this respect that someone was stealing his project plans, which he devised for Five Star Hotels. He (Sarvjeet) told the police that his employee Goldwin could be behind the thefts. Goldwin was interrogated and he broke down and confessed to his crimes.
Police also recovered some interior designs project from his possession that he had stolen from Sarvjeet's shop," said a senior police officer.
The officer added that Goldwin and Sarvjeet's son Ishwak Singh had been friends since they were in class VI. Sarvjeet decided to help Goldwin as he belongs to a poor family and was his son's friend. He supported him in becoming a designer and employed him in his firm. However after dealing with his client Goldwin decided to ditch his employer and started stealing his projects.
"Each project is worth Rs 10 to 25 lakh. Goldwin used to sell them at only Rs 5 lakh each. He sold the blueprints to some Delhi and Amritsar-based five star hotels. Once Sarvjeet noticed his interior design at two hotels and got suspicious," said the police officer.
Goldwin used to represent himself as the owner of Hawa Hawai interior company while in fact he didn't have any firm by that or a different name.
Police said the matter is being investigated.
