Bharadwaj named Karnataka Governor

Rameshwar Thakur, the current Governor of Karnataka, has been transferred to Madhya Pradesh with immediate effect.

He is being replaced by H R Bharadwaj, who has earlier served in the Union Cabinet as the Minister of Law and Justice.
