Make this Republic Day a memorable one for underprivileged children by Spreading Smiles

Republic Day need not just be about school parades. Instead join up with the Spreading Smiles Foundation to make it a special day for children.

If you are game to motivate underprivileged kids, join in the fun-filled Sports Day where there will be activities such as flag hoisting, drawing competitions on the topic of My India, sports, cricket matches, DJs, music and lunch.

on Republic Day

Founder member Vinit Sankla, said, "We wanted to connect with what we do, so we recently changed our name from Crossbow Foundation to Spreading Smiles Foundation. Last year we chose not to conduct this event in the school premises and instead held it at the Army Paraplegic Rehab Centre at Khadki. However, this year, we are holding it at the school premises."

Preet Solanki, who is also a founder member, adds that the motto this year is to imbibe a love for our country among the kids as well as offer pure, unadulterated fun to the kids. "We must remember that these kids are tomorrow's future. We have arranged a number of events for the kids to really enjoy themselves," she states.
In keeping with the occasion, the dress code is white. So, come and celebrate Republic Day with these little wonder kids.
