The last straw
According to sources, Rajendra was a father of three, who was recently transferred to Maurya Enclave police station. Reports suggest, he had been asking his superiors for leave for quite a long time. But his request was turned down every time. This could be a potential reason for his suicide.
Sources also said Rajendra was an alcoholic and was allegedly in depression for quite sometime. "A case has been registered at Pitampura police lines and investigation is on," a police official said.
