Issuing a notification, the Delhi Government constituted one member commission of inquiry to probe into DDCA matter.
Earlier, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers had staged a protest outside the Delhi Assembly just before the House met for a special session.
The party accused the AAP government of trying to rake up the issue to suppress the charges faced by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's principal secretary Rajendra Kumar.
The Delhi Government had called the special session of Assembly to discuss alleged irregularities in the DDCA and the last week's CBI raid at the Delhi Secretariat.
