Dr Ahmed Jaber Ansari, in his complaint, has said that the website carried a blog indicted him of carrying our criminal activities in Bangalore with the help of his friends Mehnaz Tahzibi and Souboush Razm.

The blog, which was published by Iranian Association in India, also accused the city cops of being corrupt and receiving huge amount of protection money from Dr Ansari to allow him to carry out the illegal activities.

The write-up, which was originally published in Persian, alleged Mehnaz for luring innocent Iranian girls into prostitution and forcing them into pedal drug. It also says that Mehnaz sells heroine and marijuana, which is smuggled into India with the help of Dr Ansari.

The article mentioned that criminal activities are being carried out in the city unabated because Mehnaz has good contacts with the police and few politicians.

The Pulakeshni Nagar police have registered a case against the publishers of the blog. "We have sought help from our cyber crime cell, as the case requires a specialised inquiry," said a police officer who is investigating this case.
