"We expect to have a public-private partnership with many companies. In fact some have already started to contribute," said Dr Banerji from NBRI.
According to him, there are two ways to perform the technique - one is the 'pressing method' and the other is the 'dehydration of the flowers'.
"We will give people a one-time training that will cost them Rs 35,000- 40,000," said Dr Banerji, adding that the process is completely natural.
