If her mystery doesn't lure you enough, how about Marilyn Monroe in size 270 x 130 cm? Those are the dimensions of the largest artwork in the mosaic portrait series up for grabs till Sunday. A leading art house, Sicis - The Art Mosaic Factory, has come up with a mesmeric mosaic art exhibition to bring alive the legendary diva. And, she's seduce you as effortlessly as always.

The exhibition aims to portray mosaic not only as an artistic medium, but also a means of communication, and an expression of trends, fashions and lifestyles. It will showcase seven limited edition portraits, reproduced from historical shoots of Monroe's photographer friend, Milton H Green.

In spite of a troubled childhood, Monroe began her career as a model in her teens and bagged her first movie contract when she was 20. "That's reason enough for a tribute," says Massimiliano Francesconi, country manager, Sicis. "Marilyn was one in millions. She was strong and fearless.
She was a trendsetter, and paved the way for many others like her," he raves. But be ready to pay through your nose if you want to take the seductress home. The works range between Rs 3 lakh and 30 lakh. And that's because size does matter. "The price depends on their sizes. The biggest is 270 x 130 cm," says Francesconi.
And, the lady's going to be touring the country for a while. After Delhi, the show will travel to Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru and finally, Kolkata. Grab her before she's gone.
