Solicitor General Gopal Subramanium informed the court that Central Vigilance Commissioner PJ Thomas would not be associated in any way with the supervision of CBI's investigations into the 2G scam.
The bench of Justices GS Singhvi and AK Ganguly said the original recordings should be deposited in a sealed cover in a hard disk, in tapes and CDs.
