The police produced all the documents in the court and the next hearing regarding the assault on media people will be held today. Prabhu, the lawyer of the accused said, "The magistrate verified their documents that were given by the police. He has instructed them to leave the city only after informing the court."
Silent wait
The girls waited for about four hours to be produced in the court and did not talk to anybody during the hearing.
Besides, their passports and driving licenses will be given only after the completion of the last hearing. They are also supposed to give their attendance every alternate Sunday to the police.
Two cases
"The next hearing regarding the assault on the police will be on April 6 this year," informed Prabhu.
The girls are facing two separate cases for assaulting an senior inspector and some media persons.
While shooting their version at the police station they destroyed two cameras in their drunken state.
There are rumours that the SI could have tried to molest the girls and only then did they try to assault the SI.
Meanwhile, according sources, the Iran embassy is verifying and watching the past behaviour of the girls in India that will help them decide the girls' fate.
