Kolkata-Mumbai Jet flight makes emergency landing in Nagpur

A Mumbai-bound Jet Airways flight made an unscheduled landing here today after a woman passenger suffered a medical emergency, airport officials said.

The Kolkata-Mumbai flight made the emergency landing at 10.45 AM here at Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport when Nandita Sinha (59) developed some serious health problem, Airport Director A K Varma told PTI.u00a0

She was rushed to a local private hospital and has been admitted there.

The flight resumed its journey half-hour later, he added.u00a0
