City-based filmmaker Kumar Ritu Raj has been a part of the film industry for five years. And like others in the field, there was a time when he felt depressed and stuck in an endless rut. After reading about time theory and engaging in some self-introspection, he decided to take his story to the junta and help other hapless souls stuck in self-created illusions, or bhram. This also happens to be the title of his film, starring actor Heeba Shah.
In this full-length feature, Heeba plays Manorama, who deals with depression after losing her family in a car accident. She is sucked into a time loop of depression, anxiety and darkness. The filmmaker is now running a crowdfunding campaign on a popular host website to raise '12 lakh to complete the post-production and send it to festivals.
