The Maruti Suzuki A-star displayed its fuel efficiency by achieving an impressive top mileage of 26.9 kilometres per litre (kmpl) in a fuel efficiency rally Connaught Place, Delhi.
The event organised by the Maruti Suzuki invited over 100 A-star owners at the rally on May 2. Before the start of the event, rallyists were given fuel saving tips to get maximum mileage.u00a0

Most participants felt that their A-star cars give excellent mileage and attributed the same to its lightweight power plant and excellent design.

The top 25 participants attained an average mileage of over 20.2 kmpl.
