Mumbai bar girl dies in police raid

The body has been sent to Bhagwati Hospital for post-mortem

Last evening, a bar girl died during a police raid at Elora Bar in Borivli (east).

Sunil Paraskar, additional commissioner of police, north, said, “The raid was carried out by the social service branch at 9 pm. I am trying to get further details,” said Sunil Paraskar.

It is learnt that the victim panicked and tried to run. Unfortunately, she fell and died. he hospital and the cause of death is likely to be heart attack. The body has been sent to BMC-run Bhagwati Hospital for post-mortem.u00a0
