Catch a contemporary version of the Siva Thandavam on stage for the first time along with10 ballet dances. Get set for a two hour groovy session and watch how choreographer Prasanna makes his troupe shake to Sucker for Love, All That Jazz, One Last Dance, Fix You and more in a show titled Thandav by Swingers Dance Studio this Sunday.
The show titled Thandavu00a0-- Dance & Beyond is inspired by the American TV series So You Think You Can Dance?. The pieces will be performed by 30 dancers from Bangalore and Chennai and will be a delight for those with a passion for the art form.

Mother-daughter designer duo Kamini Singh and Kumari Chandni Singh, who retail under the label Rose Tree are showing a collection of exquisite Chikankari works in town. The collection includes Indian ensembles, dresses and tunics in mul and cotton. The fabrics have embroidery and soft gota work in Chikankari style with Indian motifs in beiges, whites and creams.
