Sri Rama Sene boss tells his website designer to give him a Shiv Sena-boss look

Pink Chaddi hero Pramod Mutalik aspires to be a Bal Thackeray.

The Sri Rama Sene website, now being designed by a company in Bangalore, makes his ambitions clear. Mutalik has asked the website's designers to make him look like the Shiv Sena chief.

"He was keen on the Thackeray look," said a source in Events Houseu00a0 which is designing the website. "He has asked us to design the site in such a way that he looks like Thackeray on the Shiv Sena website."

Mutalik's supporters say the site is a tool to take on techies who gave him a thorough dressing down in protest against his anti-Valentine's Day stand.u00a0

The young professionals' online protest resulted in heaps of pink chaddis pouring into Sri Ram Sene offices.

Mutalik even wants techies to join his party through an online campaign, said Shrikala Rao, project manager, Events House.

"We are designing the site as per his requirements. This will be his first website ever," said Raghavendra Shetty, MD, Events House. "Though currently being developed in Kannada, the site will have English and Hindi versions shortly."

The website is expected to be launched immediately after Mutalik's release.

Besides displaying his party's message, the site will also showcase Mutalik's public speeches. Other features include online membership and a feedback service.
