Daily commuters were stranded for a short span on Sunday due to planned maintenance work on Dwarka Sector 21 platform and trains were held back briefly on Blue Line (Dwarka Sector 21 - Noida City Centre/Vaishali).


The Delhi Metro attributed the trouble to maintenance work being done on one of the platforms at Dwarka Sector 21 station (platform number 2), during which period the trains journeying to and from the station got delayed. The work was carried out between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. The halt at any station during this period was reported to be at one time around 10 minutes.
