Bikers loot car, cash and mobile phones from two people at midnight on the 'heavily guarded' DND flyway connecting Delhi and Noida
These cons are pros. In separate incidents a gang of bikers robbed two people of car, cash and mobile phones on the eight-lane DND flyway between Delhi and Noida late on Tuesday night. The culprits also took away a jacket from one of the victims, saying it was too cold outside.

Manoj Mudgal who works with Jaypee group was heading towards his residence in Delhi on his bike with a friend when four robbers stopped him at gunpoint on the toll road and took away his mobile phone and purse. According to Manoj these robbers were in their early twenties and were commuting on two bikes. After he was robbed he moved further on his bike and noticed the same gang trying to overpower another commuter. Manoj immediately accelerated his bike and informed the guards at the end of the toll road.
The guards passed the information to the police and barricaded the road. As cars piled up at the checkpoint guards and police personnel checked each vehicle and before letting them go. So far the Swift car, carrying a Delhi number plate - 0334, has not been traced. Police have passed on the number to each security checkpoint.
According to the police, the gang of robbers stopped the owner of the Maruti Suzuki Swift, asking for directions. "As he paid the toll tax and moved ahead two people on the bike waved at him to ask for an address. The speed of the car was slow so the driver stopped the vehicle to help them. But the bikers took out a gun and asked him to give everything he had. After taking his car and wallet they also asked for his jacket as it was cold," said a police officer at the site of the incident.
But even hours after the incident the victims were confused whether to approach police in Delhi or Noida. Delhi police reached the spot first but later asked the victims to lodge a complaint at Sector 20 of Noida. Till about 1.30am, Noida police had no clue about the case.
