Seeing the response, Delhi Police beefed up security at Ramlila Maidan on Monday morning by deploying Rapid Action Force (RAF) personnel and a team of female Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) cadre.
Delhi Police spokesperson Rajan Bhagat said that more security has been deployed outside every MP and MLA's house after Anna supporters started targeting them in their strikes. He said that five security companies have been pressed into service outside the Ramlila Ground to avoid any untoward incident.
