Pramod Muthalik says he will support Swami Nithyananda until all charges against him are cleared
Swami Nithyananda has a new ally, and it is from an unexpected quarter.
In what would be considered by many to be a total turnaround from his normally 'moralistic' stand on issues, it is the Sri Ram Sene chief, Pramod Muthalik, who is now standing up for the sex swami.
Nithyananda, who is back at his Bidadi ashram after spending 58 days in custody, has embarked on a Pancha Tapas yoga for world peace.

"According to our Constitution, anyone can worship for welfare. We strongly object the court's decision. Sri Ram Sene will make an appeal," Muthalik said reacting to the conditional bail to Nithyananda.
He added, "I have maintained that Nithyananda is innocent, and in rape or related cases, the victims should file a complaint. But no one has filed any case under section 376 until date," he added.
Tapas Yoga
The Pancha Tapas yoga is performed in silence. Swami Sevanand, Nithyananda's personal secretary said, "This yoga is an intense, traditional and authentic practice, which involves sitting within a circle of fire and going into meditation, while chanting the Omkara.
It draws its name from Pancha agni or five fires, because the participants will sit with fire in the four cardinal directions as well as the sun above."
He added, "Pancha Tapas yoga cleanses and heals the entire system at every level. At the physical level, it promotes immunity from several diseases and creates a healthy and strong body.
