Musical mayhem is what Bangalore is heading for this week. Professionals, local and international bands and even amateurs are all ready to give their musical best as Kyra brings you a week filled with music, performances and more.

His choice is the last word for the evening. But don't think that VJ Shim is going to spoil it by playing boring tracks. In fact every Monday, he chooses a theme for you and accordingly plays the best of classic rock, disco, retro, alternative, Indian, new age, lounge and more.

In high spirits

This is a night for which you need to have the right spirit and not necessary the talent. In Open Mic Nights, you will see people seduce the microphone in a completely different avatar. Participants can let their hair down and perform stand up comedy, acrobatics, poetry, dance and more.

Bring on some Wednesday fun in a trademark Bollywood ishtyle. For Wednesday nights at Kyra are dedicated to Indian music in all its forms. Let Rubab, a band of two play for you a blend of Bollywood, sufiana, pop and original numbers in all possible Indian languages.

Watch as Rajeev's Wolf Pack once again sweep you off your feet as they playu00a0 a mix of original numbers andu00a0 classic rock, blues, alternative and contemporary music. With Rajeev on vocals, Arjun Chandran on guitar, Jyothi S Balakrishnan on drums and Ezra Ishmael on bass, this band is sure to draw in the crowds.

Are you wondering where Bangalore's only 'alternative' band has disappeared? Well, not to worry they are right here. Lounge Piranha is all set to make some noise this Saturday with their latest performance in town. The band features Abhijit Tamb ufffd on vocals and guitar, George Mathen on drums, Kamal Singh on guitar and vocals and Shalini Mohan on bass guitar.
