About Tamil Nadu State Board of School Examination (TNBSE):
The Tamil Nadu State Board of School Examination: Directorate of Government Examinations was formed in February 1975. TN board conducts exams for Board of Secondary Education (SSLC) and Board of Higher Secondary Examinations (HSC). Lakhs of students appear for the examination every year.
The school board of education sited in Tamil Nadu is referred to as TNBSE. TNBSE was set up under Directorate of Government Examinations, Government of Tamil Nadu, India.

The TNBSE SSLC (10th Class) exams and TNBSE HSC (12th Class) exams were held in the month of March 2014. Numerous students appeared for Board of Higher Secondary Examination this year through Tamil Nadu Board of School Education i.e. Around 8, 26,117 candidates appeared HSC Exam this year.
Last year Tamil Nadu HSC Result 2013 was announced in May, 2013. However, this year (2014), the TNBSE Class 12th (HSC) Results 2014 to be declared tomorrow i.e. 9th May, 2014.
