Nagpur: Actors Nana Patekar and Makarand Anaspure today came forward to provide financial assistance of Rs 15,000 each to the families of 62 farmers from Vidarbha region who have committed suicide.

The event organised by an NGO, Jan Manch, was held in the city today during which the two actors handed over cheques to the said families.
