At a time when an Integrated Transport System (ITS) is the need of the hour to decongest the overburdened public transport system in the city, the Railways appear to be sticking to the basics.
It has been learnt that the Central Railway (CR) will be operating 15-coach trains by September-end. The move comes three years after the Western Railway (WR) first introduced 15-car services in November 2009.u00a0
