Dedicated CCTV monitored lanes on city roads will ferry visiting players and officials for Commonwealth Games
A lot of sweat and blood is expected on field during the next year's Commonwealth Games and the Delhi Police is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that there should be none off the pitch.
Players and officials visiting the national capital to participate in the games will be fully insulated by the horrific jams. There will be a dedicated games lane for them to travel between hotels and venues for various events.
"The exclusive lanes will run all over the city, connecting the event venues, hotels, games village, practice venues and other important places," Special Commissioner Neeraj Kumar said.
