Students from the city seem unable to cope with poor performance in examinations in these competitive times, what with two of them committing suicide in Malad yesterday. In the first incident, a 21-year-old girl, Anisha D’souza, SYBCom student from KJ Mittal College, ended her life by jumping off the terrace of her residence, while 17-year-old Yash Shah, a student of Sathaye College, committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence. Both were residents of Malad (West).

Sad but true: After failing in three subjects in SYBCom exam, Anisha D’souza jumped to death from her single storey house in MHADA Colony, Malwani.
