It is a scam involving hundreds of crores of rupees. Now Gurgaon policeu00a0 is seeking the help of Chartered Accountants in to make sense of the Citibank fraud case. The police have contacted a CA firm to assist them in the case so that they can understand the money flow.

Meanwhile Shivraj Puri, the mastermind of the multi-crore fraud was sent to six days police custody on Thursday. Gurgaon police in its remand letter claimed that they need to recover Puri's I-pad through which he used to carry out all the transactions.

"The I-pad contains crucial data and we need to recover it to unveil the fraud," said a senior Gurgaon police officer.

"One team of experts from share market will also question him in the case. So we were seeking for Shivraj Puri's police remand," he added.
