The decision to chill out on a terrace ended in tragedy for a 25-year-old BPO staffer, who fell to his death from a four-storied commercial building in Camp yesterday afternoon.
The deceased identified as Sylvester Arland, and a friend went to the terrace of City Centre in Camp and a woman from an office on the top floor bolted the door leading to the roof.u00a0
The woman then told Sylvester and his friend that she was going to call the police. “My nephew had gone to the terrace with his friend to spend time, but a woman from a construction firm office on top floor rebuked them and bolted the terrace door. She also threatened to call the police after bolting the door,” said Sylvester’s Uncle Joseph Arland.
