The event called India Municipal Vision 2020 (IMV 2020) was held earlier this week.u00a0A news article published in a leading magazine on September 27, 2002, mentioned that Wisitex Foundation was a dubious company which took people for a ride with its promise of a lavish expo in New York. The article said though announcements were made before the New York event that it would be attended by the then health minister Shatrughan Sinha and minister of state for commerce Rajiv Pratap Rudy. It reported that ultimately no one came for the event.
