Brave man saves child dangling from balcony

A Chinese man risked his life to save a four-year-old girl who was dangling from a balcony of a building 60 feet above the ground

A neighbour who spotted the child crawled out of his window in a bid to save the child. He held on to the side of the building with one hand and reached up his other hand to support the toddler whose head was stuck between the balcony railings.
