Daredevil Nik Wallenda, who became the first man to cross the Niagara Falls on a tightrope earlier this summer, was back again on the rope, this time over 100ft above a beach.
Unharnessed and without a safety-net the 33-year-old walked 1,300 ft between two casinos in Atlantic City, New Jersey yesterday high above holiday revellers on the shore.u00a0

However, Nik Wallenda found sand that made his rope ‘slippery’ and considered doing the walk barefoot.u00a0
But ultimately, Wallenda walked in his shoes and he completed the walk without any real difficulties. Pics/AFP
