He has been arrested again in Lexington, Kentucky, for being drunk outside an eatery.u00a0

According to news reports, Earl turned 64 in jail, and has celebrated his last three birthdays in custody.

The man who was first arrested at the age of 20, has spent 6000 days – nearly six and a half years - in jail.
