Amber Brannen’s family dubbed the ducklings Nova and Scotia. She said they have decided to keep the ducks as pets.
According to The Vanguard, Brannen said, "Actually I had a message from the owner of the twins in Britain, that was really cool." She joined some online Pekin duck groups on Facebook to share the news about the twins.
However, this is not the first time this has happened. A set of twin ducklings had hatched from the same egg in Britain in 2009 and they also survived.
