Fortunately, I have been gifted with a good physique but I respect this gift from God and never take my fitness regime lightly. To me, being fit is everything and I always stick to a proper diet and workout.
It is not always possible for me to hit the gym due to tight schedules but then it's not all about pumping iron.
I do various exercises like push-ups, stretching and the basic yogasanas like Suryanamaskar, Pranayama at home as well as during breaks. It's also important to avoid habitual smoking, drinking and instead follow a healthy diet with lots of fluids.
Being fit helps us feel confident and improves our emotional state, leading to a positive attitude towards life.
