Pak minister admits that Qasab is indeed a Pakistani national

Up until now Pakistan had refused to confirm Qasab's nationality, saying he was not registered in the country's
databases.
The confirmation comes a day after New Delhi handed over a dossier of what it said was evidence linking the Mumbai attackers to Pakistan.
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, in a hard-hitting speech on Tuesday, held "official agencies" of the Pakistan government complicit in the Mumbai attack and accused Islamabad of having "utilised terrorism as an instrument of state policy against India".
Minister of State for External Affairs Anand Sharma had also urged Pakistan on Tuesday to accept Qasab's nationality as the "first step" to indicate its intention to cooperate in the probe into the attack.
